Privacy notice
What we collect. The details you give us when you call or email (such as your name, phone number or email address, location and a description of the problem).
How we use it. Only to respond to your request, schedule visits and provide service. We don’t sell your personal information.
Website measurement. We use Google tools to count page visits, button clicks and completed requests by service type, problem and the service area chosen from our list, and to measure our ads. Measurement is on unless you turn it off with “Privacy choices” in the page footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising measurement stays off. Your name, phone number, email, any address or location you type and your message are never sent to these tools, and form fields are masked from any session-recording tool.
Calls. If call tracking is enabled, calls may pass through a call-tracking provider that records call details such as time and duration. If calls are ever recorded, callers will be told at the start of the call.
How long we keep it. We keep the details you give us in a request for 12 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
